In 2017, Merida was the FILUX place\u00a0since the city\u00a0has been selected as the &#8216;Capital Americana de la Cultura in 2017&#8217;. \u00a0The fabulous video installation that we saw on Saturday of the Easter was displayed on the main city&#8217;s temple,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lonelyplanet.com\/mexico\/merida\/attractions\/catedral-de-san-ildefonso\/a\/poi-sig\/1159545\/361710\">St. Ildephonsus Cathedral<\/a>l.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: symbol; font-size: 20px;\">Day 3<\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-family: symbol; font-size: 20px;\">Next destination, was <a href=\"http:\/\/beta.visitmexico.com\/en\/main-activities\/merida\/travel_among_celestun's_flamingos\">Ria Celestun\u00a0<\/a> to explore the area and see closely the thousands of rosy flamingos.\u00a0We rented a boat and we passed through a reverse with a shallow, peaceful lagoon consisted of rocks, small islands and dense mangrove forests.\u00a0As soon as we passed through the short tunnel we found ourselves into the deep silence in one of the cenotes. \u00a0We saw them chattering as they eat and then burst into flight.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: symbol;
